Some 29 suspected terrorists who run for the disruptive acts of Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) which is labeled as terrorist organization by the House of Peoples Representatives have been captured.
Watch the Video Report @this LinkIn a press statement sent to ENA on Saturday the Joint Force said the joint effort by the National Intelligence and Security Service and the Federal Police Anti-terror Task Force and Oromia State Justice and Police members apprehended the suspect terrorists’ group.
The Task Force said some nine suspected terrorists are confirmed members of the Oromo Peoples Congress and Oromo Federalist Democratic Movement Parties.
Some of the suspects were provided training on setting explosives and related terrorist’s plot in the neighboring countries, it said.

The Task Force said evidences showed that some of the suspects were trying to carry out their disruptive acts in a organized manner and entering illicit weapons and explosives to the country.
The suspects appeared before court following the issuance of arrest warrant from the authorized court.
The Court pronounced the suspects follow their case under custody, it said.
However, perversely, the Task Force said Medrek, an opposition political party is disseminating falsified information as if the suspects were captured for their political stands.
The Task Force recalled that though the constitution has guaranteed for any peaceful political struggle, the two parties are time and again abusing the noble rights ensured in the country and engaged in mutinous acts with terrorist group.
The Task Force said the suspects are mischievously using their membership ID cards of the two parties for their covered membership of OLF and have been detained repeatedly for their subversive deeds.
It said the two parties have no sign for peaceful political struggle and embraced heinous members.
The statement noted that the two parties should make abundantly clear to end their double standards game as an advocate for peaceful struggle while shielding terrorists.
Therefore, the Task Force urged Medrek to refrain from disseminating baseless propaganda and clear up itself from mercenaries of terrorists.
