Liya Kebede Joins L’Oreal ParisThe beautiful Liya Kebede is the latest to be named the face of L’Oreal Paris. Kebede, best known as the first face of color to represent Estee Lauder in 2003, has since then graced several magazine covers and endless campaigns and even starred in the film “Dessert Rose“. Her charity, The Liya Kebede Foundation helps ensure that pregnant women have access to health care. The Goodwill Ambassador will now join other beauties such as Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stanfani for L’Oreal Paris.

Kebede said yesterday, ”It is important for me that I represent a brand that reflects my personality. I’m pleased to play a part in sharing the uniqueness, the charisma, and the incredible stories of women of all origins and from all regions of the world.”

Cyril Chapuy, L’Oreal Paris’ Global Brand President said, “Liya is a very strong, inspiring and courageous woman, with an extremely refined and enchanting beauty. Her generous commitment to the cause of women’s well-being is also remarkable.”

We couldn’t agree more! Congrats Liya!
