Artist Yezena Negash, one of Ethiopian Young and inspirational female singers released her compiled songs in VCD form on July 10, 2010b in the London Ethiopian Community Center.

Yezena , who is known “Bolel” praised her fans for their unreserved support. She also sang traditional and modern songs of others and hers. Hundreds fans including famous artists such as Yagersew Yahayrad who took part in the popular single album (Balhagru), a song played by singer Ephrame Tamiru and singer Gossaye Tesfaye (in paired) showed their appreciation for her success by dancing (Eskketta) on the stage. It is clear that popular artistes such as Semiehigne Belwe(Semie Balgeruw),Hailye Taddesse, Malefya Tekka ,Mulu Dessie and the like participated in the new VCD.

A Traditional song cast on Blue Nile & others released in VCD formThe new VCD comprises of twelve different traditional songs : Sentun Asalefae, Gojam, Mengedeganw,Gedamu and the like. Particularly, one of her songs called “Gojam” that tells about the courage and heroism made by the late Ethiopian patriot, Belay Zeleke, who defended Ethiopia from the Fascist Italian aggression is said attractive and memorable. Ato Mesfin, a fan who has got chance to watch her VCD told ND that the song and the scenario are well connected. ”I think it is a rare opportunity filming on the Blue Nile river around the Abye Bridge. She is lucky singer to mix her natural and powerful voice in the presence of Abye falls that is the historical and timely record. She told this writer that her dreams come true. She said that it took her few years to compile her songs with VCD.
