Addis Ababa, February 17, 2010 (Addis Ababa) Maritime and Transit Services Enterprise (MTSE) said it is to finalize the construction of a 21 storey building, which is among the tallest buildings in the metropolis.

MTSE General Manager Ahmed Yasin told ENA that the multipurpose building has unique features.

The top part of the building will be revolving so that tourists can see the magnificent view of the metropolis at a glance, he said.

He said construction of 16 of the 21 floors has been finalized and so far over 51 million birr has been spent.

Recently, MTSE disclosed that it has secured over 127.2 million birr income over the past six months from shipping, stevedoring, forwarding, clearing and ship’s agency services for its customers.
